★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The banquet has only plush interiors to offer. The entire managing committee consists of highly unprofessional and irresponsible people. They offer the worst catering, housekeeping and onset event management services.
Catering:
The catering comes alongwith the booking package. The catering services is a disgrace to the entire fame of Riddhi Siddhi. Highly unprofessional and irritating servicemen. They make excuses over every small to big nuisances. Neither they serve quality food nor any quality service is provided. The fees charged by them is unjustified.
Decoration:
99.8% Artificial Flowers.
O. 2% Natural flowers.
No proper colour contrast and symmetry is followed while decoration. They decorate on a very mild scale. I have added photos that shows how they try to just put flowers in place irrespective of the no. of flowers on either side ( No symmetry )
Housekeeping:
You are opting to pay for one single day and then they give this excuse that all the housekeeping staffs are tired because of prior commitments. Well, things do not work like this! From dirty carpets to spider webs on ceilings, the housekeeping staffs are simply pathetic. Even in the midst of an ongoing celebration client pleads and hold hands to bring them to washrooms for service and proper hygiene maintenance. No prior cleaning before handling the banquet to new client.
They have a small kids arena with some minimal toys and engaging rides. This is a good concept to be introduced inside a banquet. I liked the idea and implementation.
The price charged is absolutely unjustified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my friend's marriage. Yeah it's good place for such functions. Little far from crowd. Peacefull and there are some more banquets in the same building on different floors. It's located on 8th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lively and beautiful place. We had our family event there and everyone loved it.
The downside would be the flooring, it's quite slippery near the eating counters and considering people come for functions, they were heels (incase of ladies), it's quite risky.
Another thing, the rooms are decent but the toilets were so so dirty, inspite of us telling them, no-one came to clean. No one was comfortable to use the loo, not even to change clothes also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful banquet at a prime location. The arrangements are excuisite. The food tastes real good. The diversity of the food items with proper taste in every dish made me explore all the counters. The chefs were great at all the dishes. The place is well maintained and can accommodate minimum of 500 people. Parking has vallet. The place has elevator. So if you plan for a gala event and wish to spend you can definitely go for this place.
