Please read my review on Ridgewood Estate first! Many people & even Google may find this review a social commentry. But please understand that when we live in a society or a family, it is not just the facilities but also the attitudes, virtues and behaviour of its members which can bring happiness and reduce our stress levels or the opposite. Except for my review on Ridgewood Estate, no where have i indulged in any social commentry....i feel its badly needed here. Hence, this is a message to all residents of Ridgewood based on my experiences here. WHAT IS EMPOWERMENT & DEVELOPMENT TO ME? Empowerment doesn’t mean developing relationships to exploit our friends/relatives for our gains, It means being empowered enough so that we are self reliant! Empowerment doesn’t mean shirking away from our parental duties while chasing our own dreams & aspirations, It means being empowered enough to be able to fulfil all our parental responsibilities selflessly without resorting to convenient parenting!* Empowerment doesn’t mean lacking the wisdom to decipher between good, bad, right & wrong, It means being empowered enough to have the courage to stand up for righteousness and goodness after understanding the difference! Empowerment doesn’t mean walking around proudly showing off our achievements and putting others down, It means being empowered enough to live with self respect & allowing others to do the same! Empowerment doesn’t mean failing to distinguish between vulgarity and decency, It means being empowered enough to understand the difference and follow the path of decency! Empowerment doesn’t mean blindly following the norms set by the society as long as our purpose gets fulfilled, It means being empowered enough to question the set norms for the greater good of humanity! Empowerment doesn’t mean exploiting our in-laws, It means being empowered enough to stand up for ourselves if we are getting exploited and not keep quiet in the name of tolerance, compromise & respect for the elderly! Empowerment doesn’t mean having an attitude problem in doing our own dirty chores, It means being empowered enough to be self reliant when the need arises! Empowerment doesn’t mean having an ego in accepting our mistakes, It means being empowered enough to accept our mistakes and correct them at the right time! Empowerment doesn’t mean lying, giving excuses, playing games & twisting the truth to our advantage, It means having the courage to speak the blatant truth & face the repercussions! Empowerment doesn’t mean deliberately hurting someone’s feelings, It means being empowered enough to be sensitive to other people’s feelings and behave accordingly! Empowerment doesn’t mean blindly chasing money, It means being empowered enough to understand the difference between need and want! Empowerment doesn’t mean doing what we like, It means being empowered enough to do the right thing even if we dislike it! Empowerment doesn’t mean taking important decisions beyond our means & then complaining & envying others, It means being empowered enough to take sensible decisions & live within our means! Empowerment doesn’t mean dressing up & talking smartly, It means being a simple & a virtuous human being! Empowerment doesn’t mean that ‘I" is most important, It means being empowered enough to understand that there will be peace and happiness only where “We" is most important! *Convenient parenting: Available for the child only at our convenience, maybe only 1-2 hours daily....rest the child is left with caretakers! Kindly note that every age of the child has different needs & the child needs her/his parents till she/he reaches a mature age & is understanding enough to distinguish between good/bad/right/wrong!

Visitor's parking is very less as compared to number of flats in Ridgewood. Security is good. Kid's area is very limited as compared to what's their in all the similar societies. Good gentry.

The building and amenities are good overall. Security is also good but flats are really old. Not enough switches. U need to spend to an electrician after shifting coz u have to roam whole house just to even charge ur mobile. Apart from this everything looks good.
