★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered 1 box of Royal Dansk assorted cookies,2 boxes of Ferrero Rocher chocolates(total 48 pieces)and 50 Red roses arrangement with black forest cake for my mom.Today she received half of the order and it was supposed to be Royal Dansk cookies but she received Sapphire chocolate cookies which was half broken and not even worth the money that I had paid for.I would like you guys to either make a refund of the Royal Dansk cookies or to resend her a proper package of the cookies that I had paid for.This is not fair from your part when customers trust you and place an order for their loved ones special occasions but they are being sent faulty and a different brand stuff.I am attaching the pictures of the box that we received.I still have to receive the other half and I hope that you will take care to send the ordered items.

Do not avail their service!We had ordered a bouquet for which we paid Rs 980 in advance.Neither did they deliver it on the said date nor did they pick up the phone!We called them several times with no response.The money is still lying with them.We will have to go their physically to get the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage, i ordered flowers and a bottle of champagne for my wife for our anniversary as I was on the other side of the world. No problems taking my money and not delivering. I’ve tried contacting them three times now and still no reply. Would not recommend them! Unfortunately I have to put 1 star to post this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this fraudulent company! I used them to send a Christmas basket to my family in Italy. I purchased it for $150.00 to be delivered on December 23rd. It arrived December 28th and nothing what I had ordered. They threw several packets of sweets in a grocery box, no basket, now bow and NOTHING I had ordered. I had my family price the items and it came to a total of 55 euros, they pretty much made 100 euros. They are deceitful and will not honor your purchase. Forget disputing with them as they are unethical and will barely refund you anything back. They say they have the right to substitute products if they are out of what you order, this pretty mush means you'll get NOTHInG you ordered not even close to the $ value or products. Don't fall for their photos of goods advertised, this is not what they will send!
