I paid for two bags of luggage from london. Lots of new tops and punjabi suits. We were told to leave with the shop downstairs. I tried to contact them to make sure they got the stuff. I was sent a horrible WhatsApp saying I left torn and worn clothes. They asked for money donation instead. Something not right.

My self SHIVANI THAKUR...I really appreciate their work chairperson mam helps me alot during my bad times..she is very helpful and also her way of talking is very polite whenever I call her she always attend my call if not than she call me back after some time whenever she get time... whatever the doubts I have regarding anything she help me out to clear all my doubts...The most important thing she built confidence level in me to take a stand against what is right or what is wrong...At last all I want to say is Thank you for your assistance/consideration/encouragement/guidance.. And yes this is the best NGO I have seen in my life...
