★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the products is good, but their service is pathetic. We had ordered in march expecting delivery in april,but got the delivery in july after lot of quarrel. The owner infact shouted saying that he receives orders of 1cr and above and so he cannot focus on smaller orders.

Recently we decided to give our dinner table a makeover. The dinner table had darker polish and was not matching with other lighter stained furniture. The tabletop was chipped. The ask was to recover chipped table with lighter version of stain.
The stripping and polished work was done great, they went out of their way to get glass table top done for us.
Certainly recommended!!

Bought a sofa in 2020 and have been facing the issues of termites since the day 1. It has been very troublesome for us ever since. The wood quality isn't upto the mark. We did reach out Nitin from Rightwood Pune outlet and all we were provided was with 1 treatment which had no effect at all, in fact the termites increased after the treatment. Very unhappy with the service, will not recommend anyone to buy from here. Appears that our money has been wasted on this sofa.

Based on the response by the team -
1. The salesperson name is Nikhil and not Nitin, mistake from my end.
2. For some reason, you thought you would find the sales record of the same name. Haven't bought it under my name but on my dad's.
3. I have records of the complaint that we have filed once we learnt about the issue.
4. I can still provide pictures of how damaged the sofa is right now.

The only issue I had was delay in delivery of bed but the owner was professional enough to provide us with a substitute bed on temporary basis.
