★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Charged 3000 for parts and 12000 for labour. Never sending my car for service to these people.
For a service they are charging 15000, can be done by a reputed service centre under 5000 with genuine accessories.

After the drycleaning the door pockets are still having same dirt and grime particles. Apparently nothing has been done to take care of that inspite of charging premier pricing.
Shameful guys!
So very frustrating.
BTW we paid 30k for all the work and most of the job work inot satisfactory. s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst experience with this service centre, I gave my honda amaze for key and lock replacement on 21st December, when I got my car back it's dipper switch was malfunctioning, now no one is bothering to rectify that issue. I took it to service centre, their they didn't checked also and told me to replace the part straight forward. How could they say to replace a expensive part even without checking same.
Also on other hand they were shrugging their responsibility from the incidence. When I gave them my car the passing switch (dipper) was working fine and now it's not so to my view they should be the responsible.
I urge honda users not to send their vehicle beyond free services to this centre. That's my advice rest whoever wants to avail same are free to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service quality....I gave my honda amaze car for service today...They didn't bother to touch the car from inside..Pathetic is the word...Mats were not touched, carpet was in a filty condition,side bottle holders were so dirty that I can't even tell, seat covers were in so bad condition that even if we clean them a wet cloth it will get clean...but no they didn't bother ....This the the 2nd time the same thing has happened...After sales service is so poor that is not expected at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone from this service center who calls you will have different stories to tell you. No consistency in the behaviour of the service team and the people who book you for service. They will not answer your questions clearly if you ask about the specefics of service. A few members of staff are good , rest everyone is trying to thug you. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic car service center, and most illiterate service advisor Rahul, don't know how to talk to customer and solve any issue in service. Earlier used to send my honda car at other service center, first time i sent my car in moti nagar under Rahul but totally bad and worst experience.. Don't know how Honda can recruit Guy like Rahul who don't know even ABCD of service and customer satisfaction.
