I have been availing rising care facilities for 3 months. I stopped using them recently. It became clear to me that with the recent change of management, the organization changed from a professional care providers to shameless money hungry one. I have taken attendants from various organizations, for my father who is suffering from Parkinson's disease. The attendant that was assigned to us from rising care was regular and maintained good hygiene. We however soon realized they were not well paid, as the money taken by the organization is not going to the workers. The actual attendants are paid very late and very little, even though the money was taken from us in regular interval. However we kept working with him because the then head of the organization Indrajit was impressive and sympathetic to talk to, and it felt like he will be able to solve the problem of the attendant. Unfortunately Indrajit seems to have left the organization. Why I severed ties with the organization recently, when they suddenly changed their policies to extort more money in advance. They first tried to make me pay pre-service (a policy not followed in much bigger care organizations), and also abruptly tried to increase daily wages. When I asked about what prompted this policy change, since we all our dues were cleared regularly, they did not have any logic. They told me they would get back to me, which they did not for several days. When I called them back they just came up with answer is either pay upfront or else ... The astonishing lack of care and professionalism shocked me. They could have informed me as much in our first conversation, and I would have either gone with the new policy or to a different organization. This behavior cemented my resolution to never use their services again. I would highly recommend avoiding this organization because, 1. The new management is ruthless and unprofessional, exactly 2 things you do not want in care givers 2. They do not pay their workers in time and adequately. As a result, the workers are often disgruntled 3. Because of their bad stuffing policies good employees seems to be leaving the organization, leaving only the unprofessional and incompetent ones. I am deeply saddened to see a good care giving organization going down the drain, because there is a lot of market traction for a professional home care center.

It was my surprise that Rising Care has given the supports to my parents at HOWRAH. Initially I was sceptical whether they can give the services or not. But they have proved me wrong and I am happy to be wrong. The whole Rising Care team has given the all support to us during our tough time. They have stayed all the time during my fathers surgery and at post discharge time. Their physiotherapist team is really helpful. Thank you Rising Care. Our city needs Rising Care and I recommend them without any hesitation.

I asked the rates for male and female attendants. I was told it is 1800 and 1100 per day respectively. The guy couldn't explain the difference in rates and when i asked again he lost it, was rude, and told me to go somewhere else.

I was supposed to be away from home for two weeks as I had to go to Hyderabad for business purpose. My parents, both, are above the age of 60. I heard about Rising Care from a friend. I contacted them and availed their elderly care assistance services. They were actually very professional and helpful. While I was in Hyderabad I spoke to my parents every night and they were highly satisfied with their services. I recommend Rising Care to everyone who needs to leave parents alone. They have some of the best and friendly staff.

They are extremely professional. They took good care of my grandmother while my parents and I were away to Bangalore for job related work. I am highly impressed with their services. Do try Rising Care for taking care of the aged.

My aunt was released from the hospital after the surgery. I heard about Rising Care from a friend and decided to hire them to take care of my aunt post hospitalisation. They are extremely professional and are experienced as well. They are well trained and their staff is well-behaved and compassionate. I am highly impressed with their services.
