1.USP of this hospital is excellent and specialist doctors specially Dr.Vinod Dr. Sumedh and team
2.The place neat and clean.
3.And so far ample parking on roadside is available.
4.Patients can have 100% trust on doctors
Cons :-
1.Do not expect any leniency or discount from billing section even if patient is admitted at 11 PM, entire room rent for whole day will be brutally charged..
2.There is no concept of follow up fees, everytime you visit entire consultation amount will be charged (even for lab report checking on same day from same hospital)..In case asked why this,answer is "ये ऐसेही है" !
3.Do not expect quick service /repairs in case any problem in patient room..
4.Need to improve the transparency about consultancy and hospitalization charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps this is the best hospital we have visited in our lifetime. We took treatment from Dr. Vinod Bharti (Gynecologist), he is so polite, down to earth, friendly in nature and most importantly honest person that you can trust him without any doubt in your mind. You can ask him any childish query and he will ensure you get your answer in proper medical as well as laymen language.
Dr. Sumedh Giri (Pediatric) and Dr. Akshita (Pediatric) are equally good and they took best care of our new born baby to make her comfortable during her initial days on this planet.
We are very happy with all Assistant Doctors, Dr. Nilisha, Dr. Mehak and Dr. Aditi for being with us for past 9 months in this beautiful journey. They are always available just one phone call away to help.
Special thanks to Dr. Nilisha for being friend of our first daughter ? and making her comfortable when we were busy in the hospital.
Lastly, there is some scope for improvement in few Nursing staff’s behavior but I am sure they will understand their responsibilities soon and change themselves to become a part of best hospital family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rising hospital is really good in taking care of the patients. Dr Vinod bharti and Dr Aditi were really good in the whole process. We had a nice safe delivery of our baby girl. All the staff is very supportive.

My experience has always been good.
Dr. Bharrati and Dr. Giri have been a boon for us since Day 1.
The staff and junior doctors are very helpful and accomodating and i would recommend the hospital to anyone looking for genuine and caring doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. An important stage in our life which seemed to be difficult was made easy, comfortable, secure and healthy by the doctors of this hospital. First parenthood of ours was made beautiful and stress-free by Dr. Vinod Bharati. Fortunately by his guidance and treatment we managed to have a normal delivery. Other Doctors viz. Aditi madam, Mahek madam and Nilesha Madam also had significant role in this process. They managed and treated us so well during delivery and also during total follow up treatment which made us calm, composed and decisive even at difficult situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the hospital for my wife, she was 9 months pregnant and got covid positive(none vaccinated), and the hospital took good care and she recovered from covid. Dr Vinod is amazing, very calm, listen to problems and has a very good attitude and knowledge. Despite all these positive points, there are a couple of things that should be improved.
Hygiene of covid ward, washroom was not cleaned, even though requesting for several time, no action taken to maintain hygiene.
There was only one brother/sister available for taking care of many patients.
Another physician doctor gave incorrect medicine, which increased the blood pressure, resulting they kept for one more day and it increased the bill, they should be week versed with the medicine given.
Lastly, one incident happen where urgent help was needed but no one was there to support and no one came for 15 minutes, which was disappointing
Hopefully, the hospital will these pointers in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hospital in pune...best doctor Dr. Bharti sir with powerful team..The hospital took great care. The staff was very compassionate especially Dr. dezzy, Dr. aditi, Dr. nilesha and Dr. mahek, Had recently visited for my wife and was blessed by a baby girl. Though I showed up at last moment but still the staff took care of everything. Counselling of my wife about pregnancy , labour pain as well as guiding for further procedure. No rushing about delivery methods. All went natural and proper facilities and care provided. Nothing more nothing less. Everything was spot to. Very happy with the services and care taken. Thank you so much.
