The have no tracking, No timeline.
You shipment will be stuck in trucks for unloading in their warehouses for days.
Even If you raise a complaint, no action would be taken for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My consignment was supposed be delivered by June1 to the destination city: Rohtak(124001). Even after June13, Rivigo has failed to deliver the consignment.
I reached out the customer service support team of Rivigo, that constantly lied to me about the reasons for delay in delivery (earlier cited operations issues due to lockdown as reason for delay. Later team confirmed issue is due to shifting of warehouse in Gurgaon ), and they never shared any high confidence date by which the package would be delivered.
I have explained to Rivigo that I have a medical condition due to which, I need immediate delivery. Rivigo employee and customer care unit shared no apathy and failed to deliver the promise of June1 delivery. Rivigo's website always showed next date as delivery date, which led to breach of customer trust.
There has been series of lies, abuse of customer trust by not sharing proper information with them. Rivigo used its position to abuse customers and failed to deliver timely services.

Rivigo Nasik is Pathetic...
Our consignment was picked on 26 th may from ambala and till time on 7th June not delivered. Material has reached to nasik office but they are not arranging it to deliver after Rigourous follow up with nasik team.
