★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent pitch, have something for both batsmen and bowlers. Fairly quick outfield. Have movement through the air and off the pitch in the morning especially in winters, which goes side by side with dew in the outfield. Turn available as the game progreses.
Par score is around 155-160. Morning conditions means chasing is logical thing to do.
Cost: ₹4,500 per side per T-20.
Umpires are ok, you may want to keep a tab on the scorer though.
Mostly corporate teams play here, most of whom are begginers, which mean better performing teams tend to look for new grounds.
Biggest disappointment is the absolute lack of sanitary facilities, drinking water is available but you need to carry your own bottles.
Maggi, omelette and tea are available on order, but delivery time varies from 15 minutes to 1:30 hours and rates are very high (₹40 for half plate Maggi).
No parking space, you need to park on the road or risk parking just after the boundary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic ground. Had a corporate match today. Half barren half shrub ground. No facilities. Didn't even have umpires and scorers. Unwanted visitors like dogs and goats were all around. Uneven pitch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Issue is with cleanliness, pitch condition, ground condition and overall lack of any professionalism. We have to call umpires and scorer was making mistake. Finally he gave up and we did our own scoring. Better service is expected especially when we have so many other grounds available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Played here on a Sunday morning with office colleagues. No ways to score. Ground has little grass, in fact wild shrubs and small plants all over. Not even a clean outfield. 7-8 dogs roaming the ground at all times. Not worth it. Would strongly advise against booking it.
