★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place if you want to have a budget friendly ground but lacks in a basic amenity like washroom aswell and reaching there is much of a Hassel unless and until you have your own vehicle and their are two ways one is a okayish and the other one is a disaster. I'll suggest you to go in a SUV/MPV so that you have ample ground clearance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small ground, hard to find as Google leaves you on the way with no signal. It is adjacent Pathways world school. Hard to locate due to excess of grounds in vicinity...
However ambience is nice with grass landscape on one side. Thick grass makes outfield slow. Pitch is slower but plays even on both ends. When I played, it was really windy - very distracting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have played on sportive ground 2. Its a bit uneven at places. The pitch is very batsman friendly. Very hard for the bowler. I would say baliawas has better grounds. Also boundary on 2 sides is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okayish ground. The nets surrounding the boundaries aren't properly done and hence a lot of groundsmen are required to pick the balls again and again.
There is no shade in the ground and really displeasures you in summers.
Could have been a lot better considering the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate this ground on following parameters -
Ground - 4/5 , Ground is green and soft , however the pitch is very low in bounce and has nothing for spin. 2 nd innings mostly becomes a drag.
Washroom - 1/5 horrible hygeine and lack of water makes this ground pretty primitive
Approach - 2/5 approach lacks good connectivity and has no roads leading to the grounds.
Overall a good budget option but not great for corporate events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place located far from the main city, Those who are coming from Delhi, get take a right turn from Baliawas. It'd be a stranded place if you dont have your own conveyance to reach here and return.
There are few cricket grounds with in the complex. And the ground officials have given clear instructions not to litter the place hence there are hygiene and visible.
There is a toilet facility available, but the hygiene is poor and not maintained at all. Car parking is available.
