★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Called on 10th. Technician frm different place came and left, after taking the entire money, only bill given (excluding service charges), NO RECPTS AT ALL, after which it was found that the water was overflowing.
Technician declined to come on 11th to remedy the problem, but agreed after some engagement to come next day 12.30 AM., only to get a call at night that he cannot come then, mayb in the evening.
Requested agency to connect me to the Manager, which was again declined with the cryptic comment to call only early morning or late night. Did that, no reply. Wrote a mail, no reply. Reminder given, no response. Tried to call their parent Co., no reply.
Behaviour, attitude and complete lack of response bares open and exposes their non customer friendliness, arrogance and non credibility.
