★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and systamatic service.. Very professional and good conditioned bikes.. All the paperwork etc are upto the mark and their pickup point is also very easy..
I liked the experience of renting bike from roadpanda and will recommend to you guys as well. i rented it from Treebo Cartier Hotel Marathahalli..
If you wanna extend your time you can simply go to your booking history and modify it just in a few steps no phone call nothing required automatically it gets updated. Very polite staff also the explain all their terms n conditions before handing over the bike..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pickup times, good prices, a nice range of bikes to rent and very professional service. We rented a bike for one day from Roadpanda and absolutely loved it. Will definitely pick up a two-wheeler again from these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There ivr support never works , there is no customer care person available when required. We took two bikes and we covered same distance for both bikes but he said one bike travelled 60 km more than the other. We were surprised to know and asked for extra money. The km cap is unfair to the the amount we pay to book bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service. After booking well in advance for a long weekend they let me reach their place and then tell me the bike is not available! They knew the bike had issues and was in services since 3 days, yet made no effort to either call or message me in advance. Only after I suggested if they could give me an alternative bike did they even try to look up available bikes, otherwise were keen to cancel!! And I was thinking of even booking in Jaipur. One of the rare times I did not call in advance for these kind of services ..customer service has no meaning in our country sadly. I would suggest call and confirm even if you have a booking number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road panda has online booking and it's easy to book a bike for rental. Their HSR layout bike delivery office is hard to find.Though it's located on ORR there is no sign board. We had tough time to find this place. Apart from this employees are friendly and pricing is moderate. We hired RE500 thunder storm and it has speed locking of 95kms. If you exceed this speed you will be notified by a phone call two times and after that they will charge 500/- for over speeding. It's for rider safety. Also they take caution deposit of 500/- while booking and they charge for pillion rider helmet. That is 1/- for 1hour. My overall experience with road panda is nice.

The booking process was a breeze. Really liked the idea of brim to brim tank upon receiving/returning the bike.
I rented bikes and scooters every weekend for a month of my trip here in Bangalore. The online booking and payment process was simple and easy. They accepted my international debit card which was a life saver for me as I didn't have any other online payment options. The staffs at collection center were helpful. Bikes and scooter were in pristine condition and well maintained.
Stuffs I got with the bike/scooter:
- Full tank of petrol.
- Full face helmets for both rider and pillion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behavior from the people who I think are responsible for giving the service. Couldn't see the bike before renting, and they were behaving as if something is spooky when I went to the pickup point before booking at Inn@Silicon Valley in HSR Layout. You should seriously consider yout pre sales teams attitude. And hence, you're losing a prospect long time customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience with has been fair and just, professional as you should expect. For reference I have grilled own my experience as under:
~Bike taken: Royal Enfield Classic 350, ~Perfectly maintained bike with tracker installed in the bike itself.
~Can Choose upto 2 Helmets from the inventory they maintain.
~Certian conditions:
1. For every time you cross 90Km/hr an extra charge of Rs. 500 will be levied
2. For every extra hour than the hours of booking, Rs. 100 extra.
3. Given to us with a full tank and has to be returned the same way.
4. For every kilometer extra than booked, Rs. 6 will be levied.
My experience was strictly professional and I was pretty much satisfied.
PS: It was Independence Day :D
