Maximum salary in this company is 13k for system analyst which includes night allowance also.
Very interesting thing to know about this company is that they are distributing only one piece of sweet at diwali bonus . They bring only 1kg of sweets and distribute among the entire employee of the company.
The salary of watchman is 16k but the salary of system analyst engineer is 13k.
I am still confused whose position is high.
This company will remain in the category of startup only It will never take the tag of MNC .
Be aware while joining this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better work on your skills with being unemployed rather than rushing into an incompetent organization like this. Here you will see zero professionalism neither Managers nor the Leads (except few) and the managers have zero management skills literally . I was associated with this organization for 9 months long and I have encountered numbers of situations where they have crushed all the employee rights, fake promises from HR regarding salary and awful management. I believe it was the worst decision for my professional carrier to begin with.

All are supporting people & also Good support from the management.i worked here for 3 project all project's manager & TL were very freindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company started at 2010 till now its below Zero. Don't Fall for false google review rating. Before relieving they asked "write good review and give 5 star rating". Then only they will give you the experience letter.
Here you will see ZERO professionalism neither Managers nor the Leads (except few) and the managers have ZERO management skills literally . I was associated with this organization for 10 months long and I have faced numbers of situations where they have crushed all the employee rights, FAKE PROMISES FROM HR regarding salary and AWFUL & The WORST MANAGEMENT. I believe it was the worst decision for my professional carrier to begin with.

I have worked there and i suggest you to not join .
Salary is very less still they will deduct your money maximum deduction 5k and minimum 3k
If your will join this company your future will be in dark .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing good here. I am worked here for 4 months during corona. Suddenly my laptop stop working so i report to admin team of them they won't help me in anyway so they told me put down the letter i did that but till that no release letter and all but when i tried to connect with hr they told me you are not eligible for Experience Letter and all.. Even they talk about 290000 LPA salary we get 11k inhand. No ethics at all.
