SUBJECT:- THE SALES PERSON’S DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS
Today at 11 am I went to Suzuki service center at mazgaon. My budget for my 5 service was around 1000 they gave me a estremate of rupees 1300 so there was this guys who was attending me told me that if u are cancelling this u have to pay 300 for cancellation of the job sheet this thing has to be. Mention somewhere inside the service center if ur job sheet is getting cancelled u have to pay 300rs charge there were these sales guys who shouted at me telling
Me “kya Yhe Abhi sabko batneka ki job sheet cancel karne ka 300 rupay lagegah I told them is this the Manner to talk to ur customer “like shouting on the customer se there reply was “ Abhi toh hamlogo neh chillana shuru bhi nahi kiya I MEAN LIKE SERIOUSELY SUZUKI MOTORS AUTORIZED SERVICE CENTER AFTER THIS I WONT ALLOW ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO BUY ANY OF THE SUZUKI VEHICAL IN LIFE AND WE WILL SELL ALL OF OUR 5 Suzuki access and 2 Suzuki Burgman overall they wrote my name different on the job sheet #never expected this from Suzuki motors

Yes I do agree and they should improve on Customer Service & Customer Relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service ...broke my side light and not ready to accept ...it was not mentioned on job card also ..later they say job card does not mean anything then y do they make one...Mr Arbaz was using his 'bhaigiri' language when was questioned ...rock suzuki really needs to groom there staff in using proper language with the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get my Access 125 servicing done from this authorized centre, the overall service is good but they charge you for every small things which can be neglected.
Their express service for just 50rs. extra is actually really good which they complete within 1hr.
One more thing to add, just if in case you need to visit here so make sure you dont visit between 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm as their lunch time is from 2 pm but they will return you and ask to come at 3:30.
