If it was already der then he should have informed me in advance not after i complaining to him...he was arguing so ...this is my 1st time in vitesse n i am disappointed

Simply loved their tag line.
Just for information that Vitesse is the oldest Maruti Showroom in Mumbai which is still running.
Technician are very much experienced and skilled, let it be any issue they are equipped to resolve.
Must try especially people from Andheri area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is going to be my first and last visit to vitesse. Staff was rude. Asked me to wait till the staff have their lunch. No time limit. Least interested for a small problem like side mirror broken. Was insisting for full service. At last he said the part is not available. Can't believe a basic part like side mirror is not available. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service attitude. Don't care about the issues that need to be fixed. Don't even bother to troubleshoot and diagnose unless you spoon feed them the issue and push for them to find the cause of it. They've become experts at sweet talking and making you believe how they've done a great job by going over and above their call of duty, and that's only for scoring high ratings. Their charges are exorbitant and would often try to cross-sell you services that are completely optional by saying that these are "recommended" - recommended just so that they can make an easy buck! Avoid going completely. Please find a local mechanic that's reliable and get them to work on your car.
