★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice ambience and amenities. There is a wide walking area surrounding the building with frequently placed benches and green foliage. The cleanliness is being taken care of properly and there is adequate lighting. Visitors parking area is allocated properly so there are no stray cars sitting on walking area. Flats have well sized rooms and well thought designs. A number of stores line the outside that sell a variety of daily necessities.
