★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support. They don't know basic things. They don't even know how long will take after register. We have been waiting 3+ hours and inquired multiple times but not got concert updates. I don't recommend any one to consult and don't weast your time only for waiting. No transparent of numbering and they call as per their covenant time. They need to improve ticketing system, custom support, timely updates etc.
Management should update and improve the ticketing system and train the customer desk team.
