1.Employees are very lazy.
2.Price of bike parts is very high.
3. They much higher charged for bike polishing .
4. If you buy only parts from this service center. They will charged more than actual price of that parts and they are not giving any bills for thats purchased parts.
5.If any vehicle parts damaged happed in the service center. They will charged 50% from you.
Otherwise..... This service center is average...!

I paid 1864 rupees . Unexpected . Mechanic saw me you don't need replacing timing chain . After service at chetla service center and they are charge me only 800 rupees . Chetla service center is the best . Chitingbaj service center mechanic na dakat 7000 taka lagbe . 800 takae bike smoothly cholche .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a service center it's not that great to be honest. Doesn't maintain the eta of the delivery. Plus no one wear mask during COVID time. Servicing is average at best. One good thing is most of the parts are always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suzuki does not have many authorised service centres in Kolkata, but this one is probably the oldest and it has got decent mechanics. It's on the outskirts of city so the road is perfect to have a test ride once your vehicle is done with its service.
