★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in a prime location of New Town.You can come this place from New Town Bus stand or DLF1 stand. Distance from Both place is kind of same. It is located in front of street Number 68 where I stay.All the buildings are under construction . Not sure about the completion date but looks like it will be completed soon. After few Years it will be an amazing apartments to live in.

1. Convenient location
2. Nearby facilities like market, movie theatre, bus stand, shopping mall, metro station all are within 500 mtrs
3. Good building materials and fittings and fixtures
4. Efficient architectural layout
5. Good amenities, got all the facilities of a housing complex like CCTV, 24x7 Security, Intercom, AC Gymnasium, AC community hall, Swimming pool, Adda Zone, Children Play Area, Rooftop garden and skywalk etc.
6. Affordable rate
CONS:
1. Few extra onetime costs which are not explicit to the flat value.
Overall good choice.
