★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased bunk bed from M/s rolex furniture, after settling on the size of the bed it was delivered as promised, mattress was not purchased with bed and a size was asked for mattress as I needed a branded one, after confirmation on size I ordered for 2 mattress and both were delivered on same day along with bed.
1. Firstly 2.5x6 was the size given for mattress and this does not fit the top bunk due to side support on bed, when the supplier was asked why wrong size was given he said to cut the mattress and it will fit, please note prior ordering mattress size was confirmed but still wrong. Measurements were given
2. Bed is not stable at all, when any one of the occupants moves the whole bed shakes, both occupants are children aged 10 and 12 respectively, further when told abt the problem to supplier I was given answer that this is a small bed and will shake, then I was told to fit a clamp on the wall to hold the bed
