He sent his guy to take measurements after following up a couple of times.i invested my office time in explaining that guy what we needed. After that Rakesh did not call back to discuss further, when I called he said he will call back but never did. If he didn't want to do my project, he should have told me.But he never clarified and I wasted my time waiting for him and not reaching out to others. Now I called another furniture guy, I have to again explain everything what I want to do. Rakesh n team don't seem to be professional or they are simply after bigger projects.
