SEND YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I gave my car with a promise to deliver it in 12 days from Delhi to dimapur. Little did I know that he works on commission based and he does not have a transportation service of his own . A silver tongued devil, he is.. I trusted him however he gave my car to Dinesh who claimed to work for "national auto carriers". After 7 days I gave my car, I got a call saying that the car will be delay 4-5 days due to a communal riot in Bihar, said they can't risk to cross it and I believed him and I understood the little hiccups on the way when it is transported for thousands of km though there was no news for riot. After 20 days, they claimed that car reaches guwahati and it will reach dimapur the next day. I went there the next 2nd day travelling 200 km to collect it however the car did not reach dimapur that day or the next next day. Turns out , the car never made it to guwahati but the car was in durgapur from the past 15 days parked at the driver's resindent and they couldn't reach him , instead of telling me the truth. They cooked up a story where trailer met an accident 60 km before dimapur and the driver was seriously injured however they said and I quote " your car is safe". I even offered them to collect the car myself from the place where trailer met an accident but no, they won't allow it. Well, how could they?? the car never reaches guwahati to begin with. The car was delayed for more than 10 days from the EDD however they kept on telling lies over lies and they had too many excuses. I became a little irrate after a while, so they said, they will deliver the car directly to imphal as a compensation of my trouble and inconveniences and told me the car will be delivered in the next 7 days which was 28 of april. Instead of delivering my car at Imphal, told me to credit the remaining balance to pay for the trailer to reaches dimapur, I was shocked caused it was the day the promised to deliver the car at Imphal and there I was being asked to transfer money to reach dimapur. Well, I had to transfer the money instantly however after 2 days, they said they can't deliver the car in dimapur but I had to go there to pick up the car from guwahati after the full payment. Furious and disappointed I was with their pathetic service and rude bhaviour of Dinesh, went to guwahati and collected the car but a lot of valuable items were not there . I had a room heater, books, tv wall mount and basket and car cover . They even stole the perfume from the dashboard,unbelievable. speedometer was not working, I had a spare tire but I didn't have a lever to change the Tyre but found a new one though . The driver and the passenger seat were dirty as hell. My headlight 'down' was not working but they had it fixed. It was as if, someone drove the car all the way till guwahati. I called amit/Dinesh to complain about it, said the car was never driven but all the evidence points towards being driven directlly. he claimed that the items were never there but I had them written all those items on the receipt. Said he will checked , but now he is not even answering my phone. The amount I have paid them I could have easily transported the car till guwahati via aggarwal. However I wanted to transport the car till dimapur hence I could not give it aggarwal ( no service there) Bottom line: Save yourself from all the emotional pain they are going to put you through.they will suck the happiness out of you. Instead book somewhere leigitimate such as agarwal.
