★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most faltu service center near baguiati kestopur.??? They are soo pathetic, dishonest, worsted person in world. They're not working properly for your bike. Just do bla bla bla. They wash ur bike with rush detergent/and water. And they consume your full day to return ur fev bike.so i suggest to you my friend's don't go there plz plz ?. If you love ur bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all up to the mark. Very limited space with lack of infrastructure. I went for chain cleaning and lubrication and amazed to see that they are out of stock for a simple thing like chain lube.
Edit 1: Also, they've a very poor problem solving skill. I've Avenger 160 BS6 and was facing a self start related issue, visited them twice. All they did was connected a device and checked for ECU related updates, which didn't solved the problem. They were not even able to understand that the self start is taking more than 2 secs to start the engine which is not usual for a new FI bike. Inefficiency at its best. Finally that problem was solved by SS Bajaj, Berhampore from where I bought my bike by cleaning stepping motor and throttle body. Since I travel between Berhampore and Kolkata it was possible for me, but it's not possible for everyone. From the next time I'll try to visit OSL Bajaj (to give it a try, heard good things about them) while in Kolkata. Though I live in Kestopur, still I'm not gonna visit Rolta Bajaj anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service station ever they don't know how to treat with the customers if you don't do what they said to do they will not service your bike also. Also take many hidden charges. And also damage your bike if you not listening to them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellant service center with experienced service technicians. Have a good waiting area from where we can see our vehicle getting serviced. Only drawback is that it is a small workshop in terms of area for service. They do return any parts that get replaced in the vehicle as well which makes the entire process very transparent. Definately recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Dominar 400 repaired. Ishlam bhai is really good at work... he knows what needs to be done. Service center manager, Chittaranjan ji is a very nice person.. he went that extra mile to help me in every possible way to get ensure the bike delivery before time since i had some personal emergency, also he help me in changing my bike ABS unit which under warranty period without uttering a single word and always have kept me posted on all updates and im really thankful to him :) :) Thanks again team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The throttle body of my bike was damaged. They somehow managed to get that spare part, and repaired my Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise 2021 in just 4 day. Whereas, other service centers are showing around one month waiting time. Thank you sooooooooooooooooo much Rolta Bajaj Keshtopur

Staff behaviour are not good.
Specially Mr. Subrata, very Arrogant.
inexperienced mechanic Raju
Was unable to fix a simple Acceleration-Throttle problem.
Due to his lack of knowledge, he took nearly 6 hours but didn't even understand and could not figure out how to solve the issue, he also didn't even tried to fix that.
Then I asked another mechanic and he also realised my bike has acceleration problem and Gear Problem,
He asked me to come in next servicing period after 4 months.
When I requested to mechanic to fix the issue today, they told me that, he is very busy now, can't fix the problem today, so I have to come again in next servicing date.
After that I realised they didn't provide a Good service hence I Highly suggest you don't do any paid service from here,
This was my 3rd Servicing..
I'm highly disappointed from Bajaj.
