★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Seems like a government hospital. Staff is least bothered. They overcharge you when you have a free service. Also hike the price to deliver the bike at home for a home drop. TVS do something that your customer's are not harassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Worst service center visit in my entire life... All the management is too bad and they are totally fraud to the coustomer. The service manager is too much rude behaviour and just trying to fraud anyone. Especially the lady service manager is too much misbehave everyone and doing the fraud and harrassing everyone like its the service center in her own property.. the every service and sales person are very rude... I wanted to plan for buy a new APACHE 310 RR but now after seeing this type of fraud service center and harrasment by them I'm very dissatisfied and confused to buy any TVS motor. If any higher management is seeing this Please take some action and resolve this problem....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for TVS bike and scooter service. They take care of your vehicle proactively. Waiting time is 2-3 hours based on the appointment booking.
One suggestion from my end, please have a thorough check once the service is completed.

Mechanic are not Understanding of bike's internal problem. They just work at one time with many bike's. And also they always try to replace the parts and avoid to repairing the parts.
Every time when your bike service is complete, after the customer care always forcefully get good rating ... They not understand or listen the customer point of view.
Not provide proper bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 2 stars because the servicing was done properly but it was my first service and was not free. People are only willing to take money from you here. For home drop which is about 15-20 minutes away from the service center they wanted Rs 350. The service center is big no doubt, but the bathroom is filthy. It is not cleaned for maybe many years. People are polite but they also want to show you that you don't know anything about your two wheeler. You need to book a slot for a day you want to get the service done. If you don't they will not touch your bike/scooty.
