★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really New build accomodation with lot of parking area in basement, 4 to 5 feet open galleries in every floor. Cool chield water cooler installed in every floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the only building with good facilities in the Mataur. Well maintained, neat and clean. Rooms are semi furnished with good quality of bed , almira and mattress + cooler. Kitchen is attached to room + washrooms are also neat and clean. Main thing is that every room do have separate attached lobby. Newly built building.
Recommended to all small families, single living persons too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will recommend that place to stay,if anyone is looking for safe and cheap stay . That building is properly managed and arranged. And there is full safety and security. CCTV camera is on every floor. Watchman is very nice person. Stay is also very cheaper then others.Rooms are also good .There is one small kitchen and room,washroom with private balcony. Security is also very less here.That is a good option for youngsters not more then two person's. Maket is also very near.
You can go Sector 70 market by walking with in 6-7 minutes.That is also a good point .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room rent is high₹6000(without electricity bill) , it should be ₹4000 accordingly as compared to rooms condition. Building outside environment is very bad. Noisy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got room here for ₹6000/month. Room include attach washroom, kitchen , privacy & security , Exclude electricity bill(elec. Charges are ₹10/unit) .
The only bad thing about building is its surrounding environment , it is very noisy, most of the time dirty and crowded(Road).
