D	Divyendu Prasad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Hotel in Chandigarh in all sense. Staff are so arrogant and rude. No sense of hospitality. Even if you are sitting at reception no one will respond to you after multiple reminders. No cooperation, no politeness, no manners to talk by reception.

Stayed there for 2 nights recently and below was my experiences- -Pathetic Room Services -No room cleaning And the staff is so innocent that they don't even realize after feedback also

Bedsheet was not clean there was a blood stained They ask me 4000 for per night which was full waste of money. I am extremely dispointed with the behaviour with manager at reception. They panch my order twice n asking me to pay extra amount. Over all shady hotel Very bad Horrible Not gonna recommend to anyone.
A	Annu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place really need to work on their infrastructure, service and food taste. we reached at night ( we thought we are here very late that's why the lights are dim but the lights there are so dim entire day) secondly ,In rooms the passage from door to the bedroom is painted so so dark plus with that dim lights only. 3) washrooms need to be reconstructed plus no proper lightning there too. 4) after waiting to 40 minutes and on calling again n again a person came and said sorry we are out of Dental Kits . 5) The food taste might be my personal choice but I didn't liked it much.( the stuffed parantha has very very less stuffing ,it was the whole dough only) 6) the bedsheets and pillows were dirty .

The entire staff and hotel owner is 3rd class person and the hotel owner and Rajinder don't even have the guts to talk. Talking in abuse language. Very bad bad bad service. Worst hotel in all world.
G	Gitanshu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they gave us a room which was not clean. After repeatedly asking for another room they gave us a better one. Customer service was very very poor. They did not turn on the centralised AC even after complaining about it 5 times. Every time they said we are getting it done. For every small thing we had to call the reception repeatedly. Even Bathroom did not lock. On top of all this the receptionist was so rude and spoke with so much attitude without any reason. I don't think that at this price we should have dealt with so many problems. Will not recommend it.

Bedsheet was not clean - it had hair of previous guests as well as strains. Landline was not working - every time you need something you have to go to reception. Hand shower was leaking. First they say outside food is not allowed then they say they don't have staff to cook. You can use Swiggy. And to my disappointment even after waiting for 1 hour they did not gave me breakfast and I had to leave having their lame excuses. I will never recommend this hotel.
S	Shubham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Only the food was good. 2. Rooms were not well maintained. 3. We were charged double on the second day for the same food item that we had ordered a night before. When asked for the bill, the staff says 'the printer is not working' and made me wait for 20 minutes post check-out and still did not solve the problem. They sent the bill later on WhatsApp after an hour of my checking out, which showed that suddenly the price of Honey Chilly Potato shot up from Rs. 195 to Rs. 380 within a single night. (Have the copy of the bill) 4. During our 2 night stay, we had to switch to another room since there was drainage issue in the washroom. 5. Hotel ambience is not so good either, and room lighting was not adequate. The hotel did not justify the price, I personally do not recommend this hotel.
