★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleague had a terrible experience and i feel ashamed of hearing such incident with my dear one in time when we are talking about women's safety and dignity, salon staff is have the audacity to pass obscene comments and managers are chuckling over the matter when reported to them. SHAMEFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a negative 5 star option available, I would have given them that. I usually don’t give 1 or 2 stars (check my reviews- local guides) but this time I am genuinely disappointed.
So, my sister went to this saloon today. She bought a coupon which had couple of services. She went for head massage. Firstly, the service was not satisfactory as the staff said only head massage is included, not head wash. After intervening with the owner, he said it’s not included in the offer (which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, neither it was communicated during the coupon purchase)
Anyways, my sister continued the service as per their norms. But what happened after that was horrible, the staff member said :
“Head massage mein toh head massage he dunga, lap massage thodi” ?
He actually said that! Who gave him the right to use this kind of language?
After returning home, and calling the owner: owner said : aaapne irritate kardia hoga, isliye isne bola” Wow! Much wowwwww! This is the thinking of the person who owns the saloon ?
