★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service they are providing to their customers..please beware before taking any loan from them.they will charge you high processing fee and some hidden charges and then they will increase the interest rate every year and their interest will be high from any other banks.try to avoid. Services are also very very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT issue loan from PNB Housing Finance. 4 months back, I had taken loan from Chandigarh branch and now I'm getting it re-financed from another bank.
First, the interest rate is significantly higher than other banks in the market and second, the customer service is pathetic.
My PNB loan officer stopped responding to my calls post loan disbursement which is nothing but a classic case of customer harassment. The documents were loosely submitted by the officer because of which I had to face repercussions post disbursal.

A BAD AND WORST EXPERIENCE OF HOME LOAN FROM PNB...
Its True that these Government banks are highly unprofessionals, who will Never be concerned on their Customer.
They will just know the target to get processing fees, etc from the customer, and enjoy their job. Even most of them will be un-available if you try to approach them in the working time.
Their employees will not take care of their customers in any way. They will harass you. Please go for some good private banks, where customers are on priority for them.

And if u taken loan from them no body listen your problems and if u complained it no one cares.
You just take loan and suffer himself.
