★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Rouse Avenue court is made with the most Modern technology.. every thing is very perfect here... nice clean area... highly security staff all time.. absolutely free parking and very good management for parking... Vehicle entry from Gate no.5 and exit from gate no. 1... fully air condition Inside.. sitting chair on evry floor.. All types of work at reception at ground floor... main entry point for building is from only from ground floor gate no. 1 side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my understanding it is CBI special court. Obviously with high security and reasonably neat, clean and clear.bwhen you visiting the court could not compare it with other normal court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The court is situated at a place that is easily accessible from ito metro. Nearly 12 min walking and 4 min driving. Currently here only CBI and NI (Patiala house courts) are there.
The building has centralized AC facility and good built.
The court rooms here are very small and no place to sit inside although their are waiting chairs are outside every court.
There is no stationary and photocopy shoes here currently for that you have to walk 5 min outside the court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a real wow factor for nicely made building. Unbeliveable that this house a Government Office. Comfortable, easy to usher and quiet and calm place, even though it's a court. Only issue is vehicle parking for visitors is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security tight, two lobbies together wow, and Its seven storeys building with two base floors. Two entry gates are there; one for vip and other general. Entry is easy feasible. Hygiene area + water facility yes+ washroom facility yes. The seating arrangement is also there. If you have got your item number( line no.) You must reach 40 minutes before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new complex of Distt. & Sessions Courts which were shifted from India Gate. Very attractive new Building with all latest facilities.

The Distt. Courts complex has basic accessibility features that are available at the entrance and also on the ground floor. The upper floors have a staircase with handrails.
