RO was leaking and needed a fix immediately, I got the estimation of visit charges and part replacement, and the work was done in 30 mins.

So they say Rs 200 for service but want 400. Just because you have any replacement part with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Ro Experts and they quoted me service charge of Rs200. This guy came at my home and told me that my RO adapter was burnt and will need to change it. To my surprise he quoted me Rs1500 for the adapter while My RO cost me Rs4000 5 years back...Adapter price online is Rs399. When I denied to buy a new adapter, he still charged me Rs200 for nothing. These guys scam you if you are not aware about pricing...beware before you call them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked them looking at their good reviews on Google. But my experience with RO experts is very poor. Their service people are very bad. They made my working RO non working. I just called them for Normal service and filter change. For servicing, they opened my RO and after that it started giving more problems. Moreover, now their is permanent leakage in the tap and RO motor. This all happened due to lack of knowledge and poor handeling,
Now when I called them back, service engineer is replying rudely. however, their customer care executive are listening, but they are unable to provide any solution. They are just like any other Airtel customer guy who are hired to say same lines to every customer.
Not happy with their service.

First of all, your service engineer when opened the RO for deep cleaning, then obviously he disassembled the whole machine. And the RO main machine comes in that. Secondly to take out all water from RO tank, he rotated the tap, to show his swag. (Illiterate guy rotating the tap like anything), then leakage started.
At the end, yes you offered revisit, and you are asking for charges for that visit.
ये सही है, पहले आ कर मशीन खराब कर दो.. फिर दुबारा आ कर ठीक करने के नाम पर पैसे लो और कस्टमर को बेवकूफ़ बनाओ.
If you have done mistake, have courage to accept.
Don't give standard response as any other substandard company.
