★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner took my car stereo saying he will give an estimate of the cost before actually working on it. And, if it is beyond a limit he will certainly call and get the approval. On asking how much time it will take, he said 2 days. I called him on the 2nd day, his phone was busy but he didn’t bother to call me back. It is my stereo so I called him. As per his words he should have called me. He again told me its not ready and that he will call me. Same story on the 3rd day, phone busy, no call back, I call again. Probably he has too many customers so he doesn’t bother about customers like us. He told its not ready yet. I called again on the 4th day, phone busy, no call back. Finally I called-Not yet ready was the answer. I called again on the 5th day. He told I can collect it. On this I told him you were to give an estimate before doing the job. He answered, it was very small job so he didn’t get the approval from me. I wondered who is he to decide whether I am ready to spend the kind of money on it and whether its a small job or a big job?? Today when I go to collect it he gives a mind boggling cost for a stereo which is 10 years old and which I never assumed to be more than a couple of hundreds. If I had known I would not have got it repaired. The owner instead of saying sorry for what he did has the audacity to say “I’ll remove what I have put”. How to believe him? What if he removes other parts which are functional at the moment. This is how small vendors try to fool honest customers like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner talking very rudely as well as before buying any product from this shop plz check price of that product online bcoz i have seen 1 light on line its cost was only 398 and he is selling for rs. 900, plz try to ignore this shop go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much impressed with the behaviour of Mr Harish, he is very good person. He will talk through the possible solution within your budget. Prices are very competitive. I really want you guys to visit the shop once because you will get many advantages. first one Mr Harish never sale anything without GST bill that means you will get guarantee/ warranty always in comparison to the local shops where there is only oral communication on warranty and after few months they won't support you or entertain you. So better to go with the GST shop because anything which you are going install in your car must be branded and brand will only entertain their services are warranty based on valid Bill. I installed Canbus supported Android system, GPS, Door visor, Matt, hand stand and many things with in budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ever I've been to. Such a unprofessional behavior and there after sales services are ridiculous. Even the quality of products are not so good. I am trying to claim a warranty of a product from past 4 months but there isn't any response from there.
