No dedicated parking, if parking space is free then you can park other wise you know. Builder false commit about parking but No parking allotment since not enough parking
Quality is low in terms of building. Low quality used starting from electricity, sanitary, tiles, walls, paint
Fraud and false commitment , NO progress since 1 year for pending work like common area painting, gate on entrance of building, dustfull ground floor and parking space in basement.
There is Water Mafia who is friend of Builder drawing water continuously and getting water level. Low. Too much noise due to water mafia generator and tanker
Life is hell due to water mafia noise and water drawing
TOO COSTLY as per quality and services
Compare in nearby area, you will get better deal.
Ignore Manoj Nehra, Naveen Nehra, Vinay gupta, Niraj project. Worst project.

Everything is good, providing lift and parking space is enough
Generators for emergency cut out. The watchman are 24*7 available. The drwaback is the market area. Have to walk for a while to get to the market place. The very drawback is the electricity. Gets cut whenever.
