★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the bad builder of noida. Taking possession even after full payment was a very tough job. Delivered flat has so much problems like broken tiles, uncompleted electrical, bathroom fitting works. No fire fighting system, no gaurd in very block, security is very poor (lot of events), parking lot is not decided, parking on ground floor, no club, poor maintenance, no registry.
I will not suggest to any one to invest your hard earned money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst society to live in if you have pet dogs or are animal lover. AOA office members, especially the president, is inhuman and pathetic to the core. Will hound anyone who stand against their unjust and to an extent illegal pet rules. Such people make a beautiful society feel nothing less than Talibaan.
