Society is near to Sector 76 Metro Station
Society maintenance is under the control of society members.
has great security of SIS.
And has mygate app service which is very great.
Society cleanliness is great but parking space cleanliness is not good.
Society market is very great
Overall experience of this society is good
And is under NBCC control

Basement has water logging and foul smell.
Dictatorship type rules by RWA like parking fee for a guest cars, no support post 7 pm from maintenance, unnecessary laws and regulations to harass people, no proper gym equipments, no cleanliness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is situated at the heart/center of Noida. It has its own market which is quite popular in the area. Its equidistant from all the major outlets/malls in Noida.
Although, location is the only perk for this society. Otherwise maintenance and construction of the society is very bad. If you start living their, you will get use to it and forget about all these things in a while. But still this is an issue. Due to its bad maintenance I'm giving it 3 stars.

Close to Mahagun Mart, Big bazar, Fitvilla and Sector 76 Metro Station, the society is in the prime location for residents.
