★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff and horrible experience...They will convince that they will deliver the reports timely when I did my RTPCR with them as I was time bound due to my flight timings and in end they were rude saying they never promised at first place. Very overpriced services with no quality and staff are pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Other labs do maintain better hygiene by having a separate sealed kit for every test/ person taking sample wears disposable gloves before taking any sample. We receive confirmation on booking, giving sample and report availability.
But with SRL labs, you won't find any of these factors.
I am following up with this lab for my reports from last 3 hours after waiting for more than 12 hours from the time they told that reports will be available.
Look for some other better option but not this lab.
Wastage of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sample collection guy never comes on time. They confirm for a prime slot a day in advance and then forget. Happens often. I have a confirmation for the time slot from them. Have been waiting on a fasting mode and they say that it will take another 1.5 hour to reach. 3 hours later than the time confirmed..SRL close your pathology labs if you cannot manage your customers.
