★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Project, Excellent Connectivity, Low Density Luxurious project, Full of amenities and richness. Mahagun Mezzaria is located at Sector 78 Noida with Sector 76 Noida Metro Station, known as Aqua Line is just at the doorstep. It's a 10 acres society with only 700 units, meaning only 70 units per acres of land !!! Sizes varies from 2500 to 6200 sqft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the project looks fascinating and lavish from outside, but damn huge expensive. Normal middle class man cannot even think to afford. Also it is still under construction. Last when i visited, starting price was 1.5 crore and even basic amenities were missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good layout. But I find the clubhouse rooms are smaller as compared to mahaguan modern. There are around 600 flats. Lifts are spacious. 5 lifts provided. Parking is organized. Very royal looking construction. Very close to metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tower is structurally completed but looks like interior finishing is yet to be completed. The society overall is meant for luxury accommodation. However the green area is less in this society considering the starting price tag of 1.5+crore. The towers are closely built with each other and looks congested from outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahagun as a builder is in deep financial crises. Don't buy flats in any of their projects as they are not able to provide promised amenities, honor their Honest Home scheme nor are they able to maintain the properties. Every month staff goes on strike for salary delays, Power cuts due to pending bills.. its a complete chaos and worst life standard. :-(
