Antriksh Golf View 1 - Noida

Antriksh Golf View-1 is very good society in Sector 78, Noida. Huge lush green area provided at the centre. Apartments are hardly 50 m away, walking distance, from Sector 101 metro station. Society is well connected with feeder bus services. Apartments are good in construction quality and road facing apartments especially N and P tower has clear landscape view. Corridors are big enough and feels airy. Both covered and open parking available. Sector 78 is developing at rapid pace and in no time it will become one of the city hub. Opposite to sector 78,sub district commercial hub to be developed.

I have been looking for 3bhk house and I thought Antriksh golf view 1 is a good option. But it seems the societies flats are not registered and builder will never confirm you on this. I got to know from resale owners of the society that majority of the flats are not registered due to some issue. I am also looking into it in more detail. Will update..

Would've rated 0 stars but it seems Maps doesn't allow. The one star given is an obligation. So.. Where to start? Stayed there for a month (Feb. 2020) but wanted to get out a week after. Got to know that before vacating the flat, the maintenance needs to be cleared. Went to the maintenance office a day before and cleared all dues (Rs. 3700) and requested the staff person to get me a hassle free entry and exit of the loading vehicle with my packed items the next day. He assured me to trust his words that I will not be bothered by any guard or staff to exit the premises. What happened the next day became opposite of what I was told. Got ready with my items all packed and set to leave the premises. Called the vehicle but the driver was asked by the guards to not enter the premises as they needed to confirm first. I understand the security concerns completely. But I had to call the same maintenance guy 10 times (as he got skeptical of me and literally tried to act strange as he never knew me) to let the vehicle enter the gates. The driver waited over an hour outside the gates. When the loading was complete and I was set to leave, the tower guard informed the Main Office in charge that I'm about to leave and all dues are cleared. The in charge then had to call the same maintenance to confirm if the dues are cleared. I had given my name to that guy a hundred times and even sent the payment receipt to every staff who needed a confirmation but the guy denied that a person named Amit has paid any money yesterday. I was boiling to the core at this moment. Had to keep my nerves. The guy then told the Main Office that it is his lunch time and that he won't be able to check the record for yesterday which could have taken 20 seconds maximum. He went for a 1.5 hrs lunch and then returned. The main office guy wasn't helpful at all as I showed him the payment receipt but he didn't want to believe me and wanted a confirmation from his guy. I ran to the maintenance office and showed him my face. I desperately wanted to shout over him but I was already running out of time. He then gave a go to the main office. The main office then informed the gates to let the vehicle pass. As the vehicle reached the gates, the main guard (as said by the other guards) was missing and they said that he is the only person to take the orders. Had to wait 20 more minutes as God knows he was out for what. And then I was out finally, from a living hell. I was supposed to leave at 12 p.m. But I was able to left the premises at 5.30 p.m. Had to pay the driver extra for the long waiting time. So an hour job took me more than 6 hours because of MORONS & CLOWNS working here. The review is not out of a personal vengeance but a terrible and awful experience because of an INCOMPETENT AND USELESS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY STAFF that just hassles the residents rather than helping them out.

The below news is the reason why many flats in Antriksh are not registered: “The properties will be put up for auction and the amount will be handed over to the state’s Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) authority. The regulatory authority will use the money from the auction of properties to refund home buyers, reported The Times of India. Properties of many prominent developers have been seized including Sikka Group, Ajnara, Supertech, Rudra Buildwell and Antriksh. The money generated from the auction will be used to refund buyers in cases where defaulting builders have not honoured Rera refund orders.” From India Today 2nd July 2021

Good high-rise building offering 2, 3, 4 BHK apartments. Big swimming pool, park and gym are also available

Society is nice in view of its Spacious but the maintenance is not good... Builders have occupied the newly formed AOA illegally. Builders are not accountable for any kind of damage etc.

Awesome place 1 and 2 I just believe that they are going announce 3 to 7. To make it a complete series to accommodate more people in Gautama Bush Nagar since its the most widely expected area to grow around nearby Delhi and the new Airport Is also getting built up to facilitate many engineers doctors lawyers farmers and also to provide employment to many people in India. It's a combined efforts of many and everyone is going to get the benefit out of it.

Great from architecture point of view. The society is quite airy, balconies are huge and central park is quite nice. Maintenance work is not up to the mark.
