★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless service most of the time. although if you keep eye on them they will do great service.
ALSO
ASK THEM WHAT KIND OF OIL THEY ARE ADDING IN YOUR BIKE !!!!!!
ASK THEM EVERTHING ABOUT SERVICING.
CHECK IF THEY ADD EXTRA BILL OR DID NOT DO WHAT BILLS TELLS.
And plz anyone tell me why they use their oil which is stored in there drum And not from authorised engine oil bottle?
if you are CARELESS with your bike while SERVICING you will get your bike AS IT IS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good service station for royal enfield bikes as customer care is very bad . Went there to change silencer of my bullet after 4 years . They kept me waiting for 30mins as there was no body to attend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its authorised servicing centre. Bike receiving is good but make sure you had booked an appointment for it. Otherwise i will take much time. Service is good. Waiting room is nice. Working staff is ready to answer your queries. Washing is really poor. Needs lots of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is service station for royal Enfield bikes and particularly of paragon traders in Nagpur. Not that big service area but covers all essential elements needed for servicing purpose.
The staff is good but sometimes it feels like they ignore you like they don't bother about your problem when you tell them your issue.
It is same with all service stations. One thing i don't like here is the way they wash bikes, like it still feels like they haven't wash it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will bee charged for what they are not doing for your bike.I recently serviced my bullet from there i have been charged rs 6000 for the servicing .no tank cleaning was done, no proper servicing was done the problems were the same after the service.when i went to give complaint they did not entertain.
I prefer not to service your bike from this place if its not a free servicing.
