Labour charges, 106₹ Just to tighten 2 bolts of mirrors and worst thing is, didn’t even clean the the black oil which was on my mirrors through the hands of serviceman who was working on another bike engine. And when I asked to clean, a person said “it could cost you 120₹ extra. And I left the service centre ?
Such a poor customer support. Want to rate 0 star or even negative stars but no option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my Meteor for 1st service from Gohana to Rohtak. There is also Royal Enfield service centre near me just 200m away in Gohana but I thought that Rohtak Service centre will be better.... But I was completely unsatisfied, they put black oil in chain which was spread to the whole rim, it take me so much time to clean it. I got my washed bike at the time delivery but that washed was more dirty what I handover to them they just poured water on bike and cleaned with dirty cloth.
Choose another option if available.
