★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place came to me as a savior when by bike broke down on my ride. Since the staff knew I was stuck they out in extra man hrs and extra efforts so that they could get me back on the road. And in 2 days my entire wiring was re done. Special mention of Saad, who missed his eid celebration to get my bike fixed. Super recommended guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with service. Even if job card agreed that breaks are not working when he take test ride, mechanic is not willing to work on it. My scooty breaks works 10 times better than RE Himalayan breaks.
Also leg guard/ engine guard fitting is free but they charged me labour charges for leg guard installation.
Also they didn't do general ECU check in first servicing even asked multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was an option for zero stars. Worst service centre. Doesn't know how to manage and engage customers. They took our bike and now not picking up our calls. It's been more than a week now. How pathetic. There office number posted online is also wrong. I don't recommend this service centre to anyone. Give your vehicle on your own risk. They just keep telling you call this person or that person and that person doesn't pickup. Worst experience ever. I should have given to some local business and they would have been more professional than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience in a Royal Enfield service station ever. I wish I had an option of giving a zero instead of 1.
1. Phone number mentioned on Google is not in service.
2. After getting the servicing done I do not feel any change in the riding experience.
3. These guys never have required parts available.
4. It took them an hour (exactly and I am not at all kidding) to make a bill for general servicing (nothing extra).
5. I had to follow up with them in regards to an update on servicing of my bike.
I do not recommend this service station to anyone.
