To celebrate this prestigious order, they rename their undertaking the Enfield Manufacturing Company Ltd. and call their first Bob Walker Smith designed bicycle, the Enfield. The following year, their bicycles are renamed Royal Enfields and the trademark ‘Made Like A Gun’ is introduced.

yesterday i visited with some complaintsin my bike at royal enfield ess aar motors. I am glad that my all concerns has been properly resolved. Mr. Aakash who guide me with proper guidence and solve my all concerns. specially thanks to Mr. Aakash. happy customer of royal enfield because Mr. Aakash. I will defineatly recomend to my all friends to visit once here for there concerns in royal enfield bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys took my bike interceptor 650 from my place for the 1st free service but it has been 8 days now and still they don’t have an answer to when they will deliver my bike. The workshop staff call me and asks me where the kick start is , as a result the killed my new battery, now let’s come to fuel injection problem, I paid 320 for fuel but now they are telling me there wasant enough fuel in the tank that’s why there is sone problem with the fuel injection, but no one is ready to take responsibility. If I call them to ask about my bike they switch off their phones for a while. Very disappointed with the service, the whole point of buying a RE interceptor 650 was that its an Indian brand and the service is good in India but this service centre is spoiling RE’s name. Just hoping yo get my bike back in one piece. A local garage has more accountability than them..it’s the 3rd of may, still haven’t received my bike. They took the bike on 16th of April.

All staff team member are fully skilled.
I was facing issue related with misfiring and got the resolution satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of scam. Didn't even created my job card and did entire Servicing which isn't reflecting inService records and did a lot of expenses on my bike. They filled around 3 litrs of oil when it should be 2.3 ltrs. Don't trust them. They are full of scams and calls for unnecessary expenses. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake. They deliberately ask you for 5 star reviews from everyone there when you can't refuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my tank cleaned. I had enough fuel but when I got my bike, The tank was on reserve.
Overall Service costed me 14k, they just kept on telling ke every second thing which needed to be changed. So if you are going there I suggest first get your bike inspected outside so that when you go you are aware as to what all their demands you need to turn down. I had to myself get my bike cleaned in front of me. Individual staff is good but no after sale service. Once you give bike their everything is fast but delivery very late. Manager is polite and supportive.
