β β β β β Good service station, they will listen all ur complaints and make sure 95% of it will be resolved. Once ur bike service is done they will call u back for a feedback on Bike condition and performance. I felt service charges are bit high compared to other service stations.

β β β β β One of the best vehicle service experience given by Royal Enfield HSR Service centre and by service advisor (Madan), He's way of handling the customer and immediate response with accurate solution.. but the sad thing is still can improve in quality of dry wash by washing team.

β β β β β The team here are very efficient at their work. I had some minor problems and a service needed and they fitted me into their days bookings without prior notice. This was extremely convenient at the time. The cost was as expected....as all Enfield Service Depots charge the same rates for the same work. I am well pleased with the work! Highly recommended!

β β β β β Servicing my 7 years old classic 350, this place is so far the best service station experience I've had for my bullet across Bengaluru RE service stations.
I've had numerous bad to worst experiences servicing my bike in many other service stations, but after reading about the good reviews this place has, I decided to get it done here.
Abhilash was very professional and to the point regarding the work, repair, replacements that was necessary to my bullet. I've got it delivered within a day and the work was splendid. The cleaning and performance of the bullet almost made it look like a brand new bike! Kudos to the HSR services team and a special thanks to Abhilash for keeping me updated throughout. I'll definitely book this place for the next service!

β β β β β I gave them Thunderbird 350 to repair. Bike is delivered one day late and they open the Job Sheet next day after delivering the bike. Repair was not properly done and I need to wait for 1 hour to get the bike.
Petrol was also drained from bike.
Just ok type of service.

β β β β β This was my first visit to get our RE classic 350 serviced. I chose this location based on the feedback I received from a RE bullet owner staying close to my residence. I had reached the service station by 8.45 am and there were about 4-5 owners already waiting for their turn. Things were managed professionally here. I got my vehicle back at around 5 pm. The whole customer experience here is top-notch. This shows how highly of the brand RE. Good luck!
