★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst expirience in working with udaan pharma the leaders managers are rude they dont listen the workers problems especially night shift workers...they will help only who they want and their loved once only...and the RNR award function held only for then not for nyt shift they give 7-8 awards to day shift workers and in nyt shift we get only one..the nyt shift workers make more work than the day shift guys with less man power...and they wont give any rotational to nyt shift guys...we think udaan is the great platform to our curier but the upper managers team leaders are very rude and neglets us so we cant work in that atmosphere...worst experience in udaan pharma in timbyard layout...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wholesalers be careful. Udaan is allowing refund amount to retailers for return request without your permission and before item returned to you. Delivery also getting very late. It's taking Bangalore to Chennai one week and Bangalore to delhi more than 10 days. Call center is great. Always busy. Never connecting. Tired of udaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udaan is a not good application for retailers if I put return they will not approve properly if got item missing they will say you did not do properly unboxing video and other reasons if I call Udaan support they will also not respond properly about return
