★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has not been trained well at the billing counter on how to interact with customers. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! u guys are representing a brand and we expect proper response with some respect. These are basic things which will create a big impact. Overall i am not satisfied so i would not visit this service center again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much goofed up with staff. Staff not trained and they don't even know what has to be done for one particular break down.
More over, they'll make you pay and the accounts will end up forgetting to issue the bills.
As a customer, facing lot of problems. Mentioned lot of times in feedback, when there is no respect for feedback then for what purpose they are maintaining these records is a million dollar question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services to the customer. Arrogent speaking, rash treating to the customer. Unnecessary changing the spare parts. Services charged for the road side assistance is not responding and making customer to service by themself. Please don't give your bike service to this centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be the outer looks and showroom service centre is good...... but the staff is unprofessional and don't treat well to the customers. So before the service is good. The way they treat and make up to a customer is important.
Better Royal enfield showrooms are available. And prefer that.
And important thing is, they simply tell that your bike parts are damaged and charge you more. So be ware of this thing.
