★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a very experienced and dedicated work staff.... The environment is also very good and each and every staff starting from the sales or service manager to a technician are really co operative....
I have purchased my Classic 350 from this place and get it regular serviced from here too...
For the purpose regular servicing, their technician will see to every issue very precisely... And the best part is that you are allowed to monitor your bike being serviced there itself unlike many other service places where you are only allowed to wait inside the customer lodge area.
A very good experience overall... Bring your motercycle by 10:30 and you'll not have to wait long...

Was told deliveey will be bext day come early and leave early but the delivery took 2:25 minutes ,
havent got the insurance same day was told that they will come & deliver but they didnt even picked phone , then day after yesterday had to inperson visit the showroom & collected
After sales i had issue in missing and fule light bulb they were denying but i sgould sturdy i said it need to be changed under warranty
& i aslo saw they asked ₹800 for processing paper work to person who as buying in cash
They will tear the last few pages of your owner mannual
Keep eye
Will recommend that you go another showroom Royal enfiled is a great bike

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer relationship. Not a single call from showroom during the waiting period. Delivery was pathetic. They took me to the godown and handed me the bike. That’s the treatment you get after buying a 2.5L bike. Ruining the reputation of RE.
