★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok type. Service is good but management can be better. Usually takes longer time than the estimated one. So the rider has to wait extra 1-2 hours for delivery of the serviced bike. They waiting lounge was good, has Carrom Board, Chess and Ludo but both AC and TV was off, so bit suffocating to wait there. Billing process is slow. They has UPI but PoS machine was not working, seems like a perennial issue.
