Main objective should be customer satisfaction and not customer fraud.
We as customers we like honest and frank behavior. Giving early and false estimation is not going to help you in any matter.
If the bike is gonna late for delivery then speak up straight away that its going to take 3 months rather than speculating the customer.
There could be genuine reasons for the delay as well(we as customers understand that) but false estimations are not going to take you anywhere
Other than that stop talking cheesy and say real points. (advice to the sales team)
RTO paper work: I don't think it takes more than 15 days for vehicle passing and number generation. (RC card off course will be dispatched around 2 months end). But they even delayed vehicle passing procedure. It felt like they forgot about the formalities after receiving the payment. And nobody bothers. If you follow up, they will apologize infinite number of times and come up with a lousy excuse.
A good advice for Showroom owner Mr. Rahul: Please rectify these shortcomings and work upon your ethical policies.
