If you post bad reviews or complaint Royal Enfield support regarding bad service or bad behaviour, these guys will spam call you everyday asking how'd you mention their name it's affecting their reputation. Worst. They will push sales team to call your friends and relatives asking them to ask you to call back, if you block their spamming phone numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is my full review on the delivery of my new vehicle (Classic 350 chrome red model) from vaishnavi automobiles, konisi.
Let me start from buying part to delivery part.
When we gave advance for this bike, they told that we should get it by wed which they made a false commitment and it got delayed to friday.
Then coming to the staff behavior, its average. Though the behavior is good in the showroom but they call alot even in rest times. Its quite disturbing.
Lastly the delivery part, the vehicle which was ready to deliver, was totally dirty it was just wiped with a dirty wet synthetic cloth which just left marks on the whole bike. After that we saw a defect in the left indicator which they told that it came from direct company so we cant do anything with it. After a long arguement they finally fixed it. At last they demanded some tips which is minimum 500rs to which we denied and paid 200rs. I think royal enfield doesn't pay them enough salary that's why they are asking tips from every customer forcely.
Finally my overall experience is worst and terrible. I would recommend everyone who are interested to buy a new bike rather go to bbsr and buy there. They can get better experience there.
