It is said about the Pandav Kund here that when Pandavas stayed here during their exile, they tried to bring the water of Narmada in a pool, it became Pandav Kund. There are Pandava Caves nearby. The ancient historical temples of Barman are in dilapidated condition. Many are being transformed into ruins in the hope of renovation.
